Chiropractic Care

The bones of your back (called vertebrae) are designed to be aligned one on top of the other. If this alignment is thrown off, the vertebrae can put pressure on the nerves, and that in turn can have an effect on your body and your health.

Chiropractic adjustments restore optimal spinal alignment to take the pressure off the nerves and allow your body to heal itself from within, without the use of drugs or surgery.

Our Approach

At Wick Chiropractic, we use a variety of adjusting techniques that we tailor to each patient’s unique needs and goals. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Wick has the skill and expertise to identify and address the underlying cause of your symptoms. In addition, he continually expands his knowledge of advanced chiropractic techniques and evolves his techniques through seminars such as Syntropy Chiropractic Training.

Most patients begin care because they’re in pain, and our first goal is to get you out of pain and then correct the problem to prevent future issues. Dr. Wick offers education (both in our office and at the Sheet Metal Union Hall) to help people understand safe ways of moving, working, lifting and sitting so they can optimize their health for the long term.

Because of our effective care and personalized approach, most of our patients stay with us for years and refer their friends and family to us.

Healing Therapies

We also have X-ray facilities onsite, and we X-ray every patient prior to beginning care so that we have an accurate assessment of the health of your spine. In addition to your chiropractic adjustment, your customized care plan will likely include other modalities, including:

  • Heat Therapy
  • Massage Therapy
  • Interferential Current (e-stim)

Conditions We See

Because we work primarily with Union members, motocross riders and people who have been hurt in auto accidents, we typically see ailments like low back pain, neck pain and headaches. Our comprehensive approach helps correct both the spinal alignment and the soft tissue components of these conditions.
